UBitMenu has been designed to avoid the abrupt change that it means to rollout one of the modern versions of Microsoft Office when you have been using one of the oldest versions for years. The program can help increase productivity by adding a ribbon called Menu, in which you can find the functions exactly as you used to.

Since the program does not replace the modern ribbons, it is for the user to decide which way to access the desired function. This definitely makes the process of learning to use ribbons gentler and thus avoids any decrease in productivity. Fortunately, the integration of ribbons and classic menus does not require a long time for the user to get familiar with. Moreover, all the previous Microsoft Office functions were kept.

The program is very light and integrates seamlessly with the most popular tools of the Office suite, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, thanks to the use of Microsoft Office AddIn technology. In addition, unlike other products with a similar purpose, UBitMenu does not have any negative impact on performance whatsoever.

In fewer words, UBitMenu can increase productivity during the transition period between older and newer versions of Microsoft Office. However, ribbons have been present in Office for a while now and they truly represent a better way of organizing functions according to their purpose. This probably means that UBitMenu has a limited period of usefulness, as its advantages may expire soon after users learn to use the new interface design of Office products. Luckily, the product can be used freely for non-profit purposes.
